Frequently asked questions

How do I book an apartment?

Select the dates and click on the “search” button. This will show available and unavailable apartments. If you click on an apartment you can see the total price for your stay, photos and more information.


Choose the available apartment of your choice and click on the “book” button. A window will appear where you enter your check-in and check-out dates as well as the number of persons who will be staying in the apartment.


If all the information introduced is correct and you wish to confirm the reservation you click the button “continue” to fill in your personal information and make the initial payment, which is 20% of the total rental cost. The payment is made through our “TVP Virtual” platform (this is a system for secure on-line payment that is VERIFIED BY VISA).


If part of the information is not correct and you wish to make a modification or leave the booking procedure completely, click the option “cancel”.

Will my booking be confirmed immediately?

Once we have received the initial payment we will send you an e-mail confirming your reservation. Please bear in mind that your reservation will not be considered final until you have received a confirmation e-mail that shows your payment has been received by BCNGOTIC APARTAMENTS.

How do I get the keys for the apartment; what is the check-in procedure?

The client must contact BCNGOTIC APARTAMENTS four days before arrival, either by sending an e-mail to info@bcngotic.com or by calling one of the telephone numbers +34 933 104 155 or +34 639 381 104 to confirm what the exact time of arrival will be. You are then guaranteed that there will be someone waiting for you to hand the keys over.


When you collect the keys you have to pay the remaining balance together with the 200 euro refundable damage deposit.

What does the 200 euro damage deposit entail?

We ask for 200 euros as a deposit in case of any damage to the apartment. This sum will be refunded in full at the end of your stay provided that no such damage has occurred

What if I have to cancel my reservation?

If you wish to cancel a reservation that has been confirmed, this must be communicated in writing: by e-mail to info@bcngotic or by fax on number: +34 933 104 155


The percentage we refund of the payment you have already made will depend on when you communicate the cancellation to us (please refer to the terms and conditions for cancellations in paragraph six of the general terms and conditions).

Is the cleaning of the apartment included in the price?

The apartment will be clean when you arrive and it will be cleaned again after your stay at no extra cost, provided that it is handed back in good condition.

Does the price include towels and sheets?

Yes, all apartments are equipped with towels and sheets.

If you would like an extra change of towels during your stay this can be requested at our office at no extra cost.

I am travelling with children. Should they be included in the reservation?

Children under three years of age stay in our apartments for free, but they must be included when you make the reservation.


We have cots and high chairs available at no extra cost, should you need them.


Where can I turn to if I have any questions during my stay?

Apart from the Rosselló apartment we have an office in the apartment building that is open Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 2:30 pm as well as some evenings. There is also a mobile phone number you can reach us on at all times if you have any questions

What time is check-in, and what time is check-out?

Check-in is from 3 pm and onwards. If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage in our office where you will also find out at what time you can access the apartment. You must check out before 11 am. If your flight is later than this you are welcome to leave your bags in our office, letting us know what time you would like to come and collect them.
